Speed to personalization
Traditionally, we would go on a lengthy discovery exercise. It would take weeks and we were ending up with almost too much information that wasn't necessarily going to be used or actionable. Now we start with what outcome we want to help drive within this account. We do a very targeted amount of discovery to gather the insights needed to achieve that particular outcome. That's helped us move much more quickly, but with enough insights to personalize whatever we are doing to the client, based on their needs or priorities.
